I don't usually telephone my orders in but the Mystery Bag prompted an issue with the shipping so I called. Had a very helpful conversation with Chantal. What a helpful and articulate representative of Parallax!! High marks from me!

    I've called in my order several times, and gotten nothing but excellent service each and every time. I can (and have) do the web ordering, but when I have a question, or can't find what I'm hunting for, a quick call to the sales line, and poof, it's all handled. Of course, this time, I was impatient (as usual) and placed my order on Friday, instead of waiting for the 25 hour sale held on Tuesday. :) That's ok though, there was only one item I purchased that was on the sale, and it's like 3 bucks or so I'd have saved. Of course, 25 dollar bs2 modules are extremely tempting, I'm trying hard *not* to call with another order.

    I entered the wrong credit card number once with a web order. I received an email with a phone number to call in order to fix the problem. When I called, I was treated like an old friend. It was a very pleasant experience.

    Chantal has been with Parallax longer than anyone else except Chip, so she has a lot of experience taking care of our customers. :smile:

    You've done pretty damn good too Chris! Remember the problem I had with the Stingray motor? And the BS2 way back when....?

    EDIT: I was looking for the thread... but it must be too old.

    I try to help whenever I can and will be making more of a presence here in the forums even on the weekends.
