Nothing on Getting Started with Stamp page

just got my boebox and following the instructions . BASIC Stamp Editor is downloaded then click on Help and Getting Started with Stamps. It appears to be a page there but NO writing. I've hunted around but can not find "Getting Started" page. How do I start if I cant get started???!!!
