Fabricating Prototyping Board for Propeller Board

Someone recently purchased the 40000-RT Propeller Kit from Radio Shack and gave it to me as a present. In watching the short film on the resource page, I noticed that the board had been modified to accept a prototyping board. I could not find a completed version of the board on the Parallax website. Anybody know how it was created? Thanks.

Here's a link of some forum posts about the QuickStart.
Gadget Gangster sells the QuickStart with an additional PCB to make adding sensors and components easier. See post #1 of my index for a link to the GG deal (see my signature for my index).
Designed as a Universal Prototyping Board for the Quickstart. Recent project done with this board.

A board that will plug into the QuickStart 40 pin header and then provide an Arduino footprint (with analog pins and all) for stacking Arduino shields on top of a QuickStart. Could be fun if it could be made cost effective
