Speech synthesis timing?

Hello,
I have been using Chip Gracey's "talk.spin" object to enable my propeller to sing. So far, all I've got it to do is sing "Do, Re, Mi..", but I hope to make it sing an actual song. To do this, I must be able to predict how long it will take to speak a set of given phonemes at a specific tempo, so I can figure out how fast I need the different words to be spoken in order for them to fit in their alotted durations. Does anyone know of a way to calculate this?

Thanks,
-Hamin91

If you post the code that you used so far, the forum-members haven't to search for the talk.spin-file
    best regards

Calling Dr. Phil. I think Phil has worked with this object quite a bit. He should be able to help you out.
