How to generate digital outputs of +9V pulses from BS2?

    You need some kind of external circuitry to produce the +9V pulses controlled by the +5V outputs of the BS2. What kind of circuitry depends on what kind of pulses you need and their timing. It may be as simple as a transistor and resistor or might involve an op amp. You need to provide more information.

    MOSFET driver chips are often used for apps like this. The Micrel MIC4427 is one example among many that could do the job, depending upon your exact requirements.
