Adding SMT resistors to VGA connector...

I need help finding a old post somewhere on the Forums that let you get more colors on a VGA display by adding some SMT resistors to the printed circuit side of the VGA connector on one of the Propeller Boards. I can't find it anywhere... HELP !!!
