Parallax parts in India?

Hi Guys,

I just bought my first robot - the Boe Bot ! I have no experience in electronics but am learning with my little robot.

I want to expand on my Boe Bot. Any idea where I can buy Parallax parts in India?

Would other sensors be compatible with my Boe Bot?

    The serial output ultrasonic sensor would work, but wouldn't be very useful because it outputs its data every 1/2 second regardless of what the BoeBot is doing. The likelihood is high that the BoeBot would miss part or all of the data unless it stops doing everything else for over 1/2 second to listen for the data. The other (PWM) ultrasonic sensor works like the PING and similar code should work for it.

    Most sensors that Parallax sells would be compatible with the BoeBot. Some of them (like a GPS receiver for example) are difficult to use. A GPS receiver requires quite a bit of variable storage to process the strings returned by the receiver and the Stamps have limited variable storage. The BS2p/pe/px Stamps have extra storage areas which help a lot.
