I previously polled about the acceptance of cloud computing in a thread called 'Cloudy Future'
Now it seems the Australian government is in a big battle of whether to retain 2 years of web history for all Australian web users. If you combine that with all that social networking tries to collect about your opinions, friends, and associates - one doesn't have much privacy unless they choose not to participate.
Australia has a population of about 23 million people at this time. Quite of few nations are in that range and could easily follow as quick adopters of this.
