Regarding Gadget Gangster (Not sure where else to post this...)

Hello,

I am curious if anyone else out there has had any issues with ordering from Gadget Gangster recently. I ordered a quick-start board from them 2 weeks ago, I got an order confirmation and a note that said I would get an e-mail that confirmed my order has been shipped. I have not gotten that e-mail yet. Now that alone is not why I am posting this... I have sent their customer service two e-mails asking for the status if my order. No reply. So I am wondering if anyone in here knows what is going on? I know Gadget Gangster is a small outfit so maybe Nick (I think is his name) is on vacation or something? I have ordered from them once before and the service was prompt. So if any of you know what is going on, are having the same issue, or know of a better why to contact Nick please respond.

p.s. I am not complaining, I just want some answers. I really appreciate what Gadget Gangster does.

Since I'm doing the shipping for GG, I'll answer this.. Hopefully Nick himself will be along shortly.

Gadget Gangster is recovering from a large back order situation. Everything is arriving and moving out as it arrives.
(Just packaged something on the order of 30 packages {materials arriving this morning} for him tonight which will go out in the morning.)

Providing he continues to keep me stocked (parts are arriving), GG should be caught up shortly and all orders out.

Jeff/OldBitCollecter/OBC has been doing the shipping for Nick & GG. I've had nothing but amazing response and customer service from Jeff (and Nick prior to that). Beyond y experience, I can't speak for them.
