USPS 1st Class International Shipping to the UK

I wanted a couple of the HS1101 humidity sensors, and thought I'd try the new low-cost USPS 1st Class International shipping option to the UK ($6.06) given that the cost of the parts was only $17.98. Shipping took nine days, which is pretty good.

Yep, it's an excellent shipping option. Sometimes it's cheaper than $6.06 too (and sometimes more expensive, but it looks like Parallax has some kind of deal or at least that's where the cheapest shipping is).My shipments from Parallax (to Norway) have usually arrived in 6 or 7 days. One single package took a couple of weeks. Today I got a package from Propellerpowered by USPS 1st Class International, and it took just 5 days! (And at least 1 of those days has to have happened inside Norway, due to the distance from Oslo to here.)
This shipping option is _the_ reason I buy these things from e.g. Parallax. DigiKey shipping, for example, is $30 for small orders, and that makes it pointless to buy things in the price class of sensors or QuickStart boards.

These sensors work pretty well, but I don't have a way to calibrate when using another board. I'm guessing I could run the BS2 code then, using the same sensor, work up the constant for the processor I'm using (Prop and Arduino). I recall you'll be using a PIC. Ideas for calibration, short of a humidity-controlled room?

I'm using a 16-bit PIC24F04KA200, as it can measure capacitance very easily with the CTMU peripheral, and I have a simple development system for it. I haven't got round to thinking about calibration, yet.
