Propeller to Javelin RS323 link

Hi,

I have one propeller and I want to attach to it few Javelins satellits (Easier for me to program them).

I know prop RS232 is 3V but Javelin RS232 is 5V.

What's the best way to connect the 2 together?

I use a 4.7K resistor in series with each Rx and Tx pin when connecting 3V props to 5V accessories (e.g., PSCs, LCDs).
