Evidently this person/group has bought up the rights to the legacy Heathkit products and sources manuals, some parts, and potentially some repair services - for a price. And right now, attempting to get my own vintage AR-1214 working in tip-top shape, $20-some-odd for a manual isn't looking to bad.
Got one on order...stand down everyone, thread is "solved".
