Error receiving reading speed values from FW

Hi,
Just got my Eddie assembled. I'm trying to start the Eddie.Manifest, but I'm getting and error : "Error receiving reading speed values from FW" and the lights on the two pings are blinking fast.
I've checked the cableing and it looks ok.
Can anyone point me in the right direction?
