Has anyone tried porting PST using Lazarus?

I get these error messages

SetupApi.pas(4184,77) Error: Identifier not found "TPropSheetHeaderA"
SetupApi.pas(4189,77) Error: Identifier not found "TPropSheetHeaderW"
SetupApi.pas(4194,77) Error: Identifier not found "TPropSheetHeaderA"
SetupApi.pas(6018,1) Fatal: There were 3 errors compiling module, stopping

and those seem to be records declared in a Borland library CommCtrl.

Bummer. I'd really like to get that working so it could be an alternative for Linux and Mac Propeller users. Maybe Jeff can help.
