Remote Control for BoeBot Software

Is there any updated software for Windows 7 for the Remote Control For BoeBot program? I am using an Easy Bluetooth and running the test program it works fine. However, I can not seem to get the software to function even if I plug the Serial cable in and try it from that com port. It is able to connect, but when I try using the Arrows to move the Boe Bot it does not function.
