Windows binary loader?

I seem to recall someone had created something like this, but I can't lay my finger on it.

Has someone created a Windows front-end for binary loading of the Propeller?
Something simple which could do all the dirty work,scripted in the background?

I'm looking to create a menu where someone could choose a binary by program name and click to have it load to the EEPROM of the Propeller.

The Propeller Backpack loader will do what you want. It can be downloaded from the Backpack product page

Catalina has somthing called payload.runa as executable under windiws/osx/linux/arm.

It can load any binary to any prop.'

another nice option is firmware uploading via SD card. sometimes it is easier this way.
You need at least a 64k eeprom and SD, of course.
