Another nice Rube Goldberg. Claims to be mixed-media and social media friendly, etc. I'd say that, too, to get more people to watch, regardless of the degree of success I achieved. But it's still fun to watch, even if overhyped.

    Melvin looked great, it's a shame the camera work was so bad, mssed a lot of what was going on, these machines scream for multi camera positions and post editing.

    Not impressed.

    In fact this part is positively gut wrenching:

    Unlike the other machines, Melvin the Machine knows how to promote itself and interact with its watching audience and the audience that follows it on Twitter and Facebook. As it operates, Melvin captures images and video of the people watching it and shares it immediately through the website.
