Interesting concept for water & electricity production

The video shows a turbine that uses a condenser to produce water as well as power. It can be hydraulically tilted to the ground so the turbine can be accessed.
I'm not all that impressed with wind turbines having seen one in Bayonne NJ where the blades did not budge the entire time I was there. But since much of modern technology still requires petroleum explosions to be of any use I'm intrigued by creativity that attempts to get beyond smoke producing power sources.
