Propeller Servo Controller USB didn't work well

I've connected the PSCU to the PC, and I can detect it by Propeller Tool v1.2.7.

It was on COM6 and it can be identified as a "Propeller Chip ver 1".

When I use the program PSCi , I press "COM6" and it open success.

But when I press "Get Version" , it said "PSC not found".

Does anyone know how to fix the problem or the board was broken?

Thanks a lot.

You might want to try reloading the firmware to EEPROM.

    Or try another USB cable.

Do you have any servos connected? If so, try disconnecting them to see if that helps.

    Thanks everyone.

I reload the file "PSC propeller Firmware.spin" to EEPROM.

Then the PSCi can identify the PSCU as PSC.

    Thanks for your help.
