Wireless programming XBee Wireless Pack

I did a lot of searching, but could not find a clear answer to the following...

I would like to be able to program my Basic Stamp2 BOE Bot wirelessly. I thought that the XBee Wireless Pack could be used, but now I am wondering if I need the Flashfly as well. Would someone be kind enought to clarify?

If the XBee Wireless Pack can be used to wirelessly program the BOE Bot, does anyone have a link to instructions?

The XBee Wireless Pack cannot be used to wirelessly program a Stamp (like in the BoeBot). You have to use the FlashFly.
