RoboMop: Are You Kidding Me?

These idiotic things are still around? That means people are actually buying them. For cripe's sakes, it's a weasel ball moving a Swiffer pad around, pushing dust bunnies in random directions. They put a 30/60/90 minute timer on the motor and call it a ROBOT. There really is one born every minute.

And people buy costumes for their Roombas! http://www.amazon.com/RoomBud-Costumes-you-iRobot-Roomba/lm/R1E1NZCTKQXICS
Ken, you're missing out by not making tiger-striped Swiffer adapters for Boe, Sting, & Eddie.

Eric is right ...... I can totaly see a few dustbusters riggged to a EDDIE .... matt G some one.. ya need to build this for the LOLs..
'You kidding me? $40 for a bottle of cleaning solution? 'Reminds me of King Gillette's motto: "Give away the razor and sell the blades." Except that iRobot isn't exactly giving away the razor.
Recently I bought one of those Park Tools bicycle chain cleaner mechanisms. It came with a small bottle of "Citrus ChainBrite." A 13 oz. bottle of the stuff sells for $17 from Amazon. I know darn well that any hardware-store "citrus" cleaning solution will work just as well, which my local bike mechanic verified. I'm sure the same applies to the Scooba cleanser, which is "specially formulated" to clean your pockets.

and there is a bottle of scooba solution on ebay for $58
You are a true optimist erco. The frequency is much higher.
Hahaha! I love marketing. We all know how much women hate it when someone else does cleaning. And the Roomba is so loud too! I can't wait to waste money on this!!
Actually $58.75, but shipping is free! I'm watching that one. I have a few bottles left. I'll "let 'em go" for $50 each.

Off topic, but you should be careful with the citrus cleaner around some of your bike components. It's not always friendly to some of the plastic/rubber parts of your components. Over time, it can cause them to break down.

Hmmm. Then I must have gotten some citrus cleaner on my knees a few years ago...
Or just "Buy It Now" for $79.22. Free shipping!

I have some in the garage which I will now sell. This may be my only "revenge" on iRobot for buying that lame Scooba.
