One of the really fun things about the PropBOE is how flexible it is. Mine has already been used for loads of different things. Today it's a barometer. How about posting some pictures of what your PropBOE is doing?

Cheers

Richard

I would love to post a picture, and will try to get one of it in NY this summer.

My original BOE-Bot kit had signed the organ donor line back in '06. An analog timing system went down in a Simplex movie projector, and had a replacement cost of $4000. Needless to say, the Stamp BOE is still there to this day, turning on and off the sound system, raising and lowering the lights, shutting down the projector at the end of the movie, and fail-safes. Everything was external to the Stamp board and already built into the projector, it just needed a brain.

I got paid cost for the BOE Board, and I think around $18/hr for 2-3 hours to install it. Pretty sad looking back...

There's a big market in retrofitting movie theaters with better and cheaper automation, just an FYI for anyone looking to do some custom work. Most of the owners of independent houses cannot afford bulbs, let alone automation systems so beware.

EDIT: Just realized this was for the Prop-BOE... Oops, it's early ya know?
