If you've ever had to move from one PC to another, PcMover is unreal. It does the heavy lifting moving programs, settings, bookmarks, across. Not perfect (I'd give it 85%) but gives you a great head start and saves you heaps of time

Edit: There are other tools such as DeFrag, PcLock, PcSync, SafeErase also for ~$3 until end of today only

The $2.90 version is PCmover Image Assistant, which according to http://www.laplink.com/pcmover/ is not advertised to move an image from one PC to another. So make sure you know what you are ordering.
