Etching Circut Board Help Needed

Hi,
I'm running on a tight schedule (a few hours), and I've never done this before, can anyone give me some advice on etching a printed circut board? I've attached a design, could someone please look over it and make sure it is correct, and that I am not doing anything horribly wrong? This was designed as a "shield" for the Gadget Gangster Propeller Platform. Another question, can I make the tracks any smaller? My printer ain't too great, and I don't want some of the clooser tracks on the right touching.
Also, any good hints, or tips on etching a board? I.e., make sure you don't leave the board in the solution too long, or somethign like that? I've never done this before, and I need to get everything squared away in a few hours. Ohh, one more gremlin that I think I ought to mention... I only get one shot at this, if I get it wrong.....
Thanks,
John
P.S. I've also attached the source files in a "CorelDraw" format.

Be sure to place a piece of glass over the art to hold it tightly against the board when exposing.
Be sure to not have on any clothes or shoes you care about.
I'm using a "Print 'n' Peel" system, so, I print the design onto a piece of the substance, and then iron it onto the board, then etch it.
I'll see if I can do 2 practice boards first... Wish me luck!
