Here is the preview of a new pcb that is compatible with both the QuickStart board and the Arduino boards.

This pcb has...
  1. A self-contained propeller capable of overclocking to 104MHz
  2. VGA (maybe with 8 bit RRRGGGBB of color)
  3. TV (composite video) on AV4 port (combined with stereo)
  4. Stereo on AV4 port
  5. 3 x mini-USB B ports
    • 2 usable as PS2 or I2C/Wii or TTL Serial or CAN (with driver IC) (series 150R and 10K pullup on each pin, plus 5V and GND)
    • 1 usable as above or as USB master or USB slave (selectable via links) - USB done in software on the Propeller (non-compliant)
  6. Serial 2pin P30/31 connection to QuickStart or Arduino pins or PropPlug
  7. Header for connection to RamBlade3R daughterboard (Prop 104MHz, 512KB SRAM, microSD) (1"x1.4")
  8. Compatible with both the Propeller QuickStart boards and the Arduino boards, and able to be used with both stacks concurrently, or operate as a standalone board.
This board is intended to be able to bridge the Arduino and Quickstart platforms concurrently, meaning that you can have a stack of Arduino boards, then this one, followed by a stack of QuickStart boards.

Large XMM programs such as Catalina and PropGCC and probably PropForth, as well as ZiCog/CPM2.2 can be run on the RamBlade3R. The RamBlade3R can also have its own RTC (clock) daughterboard as well.

As you can see there is currently some space on the pcb (resistors and links not shown yet). Unfortunately there is insufficient space for the RamBlade3 circuitry on the pcb :(

I have not used the QuickStart or Arduino boards. Are there any sugestions that I should include for these boards?
