Great job on the booth at Maker Faire, Parallax!
I was the guy wearing the Propeller System Module around my neck, displaying
four-color Conway Life for blinking lights. I got a lot of compliments and questions
on the device, so thanks to Ray for making the hardware! (All I did was attach
three AA cells and an Altoids tin cover; the three batteries lasted both days
running full-out with maximum brightness.)
I planned to code most of it in assembly, but ran out of time, so the actual
generation code was running in Spin; turned out to be fast enough at the
resolution I was running. I did hack up Ray's display code so I could update
the screen fast enough.

BTW: Love to see a photo, if you have one.

I'm the scruffy-looking dude in the blue hat; you can see the display of your
PSM in that pic.
I'll take another pic when I get home . . . and probably post the code too.
Having an onboard display *really* increases the utility of the device, so much
so that I plan to use this thing for almost everything propeller for a while.
I'm not properly protecting the device at all at the moment; I just mounted it
with standoffs to an altoids tin lid. I'll probably "enclose" it with a paperboard
construction to help prevent this until I figure out a more permanent home.
