Wow that is very cool. How does the page generate tones like that? I midified a moog once, then later put it in a rack mount enclosure. Fond memories.

The page generates tones? Whenever I click on it, it just takes me back to Google.

Yep, that link in the fist post plays something. Not sure I'd call it a tune though...
Or go straight to www.google.com and you can play your own tune on the synth keys. All the knobs work as well. A fully functioning synth.
At least on my IE, Firefox and Chrome browser under Windows.

Which reminds me that possibly the only reason they kept me on after my dismal first year of university was that I had written an essay on sound synthesis most of which was taken up presenting the idea that it could be done digitally rather than analogly. (Is that a word?)

Not that I had any idea how it might actually be done but I just felt all that adding, multiplying, delaying etc was a cinch in the digital domain. Not bad considering that was 1975 and I was only just familiar with TTL. The year of Yamaha's first FM synth.

So far I have not managed to get record to work. Pressing play/pause or record just causes the default tune to play.
