Header Connector to connect BS1 Project Board to custom daughter board
Hello,
I would like to plug a cable into the female row header on a BS1 project board and plug the other end into a male header strip on a daughter board.
Does anyone have a part number for such a cable?
Thanks.

If you truly need a cable made you have two options. Both involve buying the parts and tool to make the cable from a distributor like Jameco, Digi-Key or Mouser. You can buy a tool which let's you crimp male/female connectors of various sizes onto wire and they do sell various size header/socker connection housings which these wires plug into to effectively make a cable assembly. For a ribbon cable you would need that tool, the ribbon cable and the proper ends (female), and then on one end you could use a SIP header to connect the two female connectors together.

Possibly, if you search long enough on eBay you may find someone selling exactly what you need (pin to socket). I found those by seaching "jumper wire female".
I have an LCD connected to a Propeller board with individual male to female jumper wires and it's a tangled mess.
If you want to try making your own cable, this post may help a little:

edit: The Molex male pins are not very sturdy (they're just pieces of flat metal that's folded), plugging header pins into the socket on the board and using female to female on the cable is probably a better way to go.
You could use 3 such servo cables to get 9 conductors. Parallax sells 'em, or if you can wait a few weeks, Ebay China is cheap, 5 for $1.37! http://www.ebay.com/itm/5x-150mm-RC-servo-Extension-Cord-Cable-wire-lead-JR-R-C-/220752252054?pt=Radio_Control_Parts_Accessories&hash=item3365dc0c96

I used them to connect a BoE to a 4-relay board: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rHzxgpUCjiU

You can get pre-crimped wires along with the connector housings from Pololu and assemble your own custom cables. This may be a good way to go if you don't want to deal with doing the crimping yourself (note that the male pins are the somewhat flimsy folded metal type).
