Wireless Joystick
I'm on chapter 7 of the Prop Ed kit now
For my 'lab' I decided to hack a joystick and connect to its potentiometers directly with the Propeller. Unfortunately, this joystick has horrible potentiometers! So the project is stopping right here...
Joystick - MS Thrustmaster (yellow and black wire for x/P15;green and blue wire for y/P14)
Joystick Code - http://dl.dropbox.com/u/79058769/joystick%20v3.spin (if you have comments on this code, I'm all ears:)

How big are the pots?
I'm hoping to make a magnetic encoder board small enough to take the place of a pot in a servo; maybe the PCB will be small enough to take the place of your pots.
Besides mounting the encoder PCBs you'd also need to mount a magnet to whatever is rotating.
