Smaller SD card reading driver?

Is there a reduced size version of FSRW or Kye's code?

Working on this slideshow presenter for Ken...

FSRW seems to add 5kB to my code... But, I imagine it has a lot of functionality that I don't need maybe...
Just need to read files from SD, one at a time.

Could live with slower speed...

Anybody already have such a thing? 2kB would be nice...

Ray: Did you try compiling with bst and the option to discard unused routines?

I use BST quite often, am working on a little display app for pictures taken with Phil's NTSC color grabber.

With BST one gets another 209 longs free. ( using kb, Kye's VGA driver and fsrw)

I've been using an old (version 2.6) hacked up version of fsrw for a read-only FS while now. I used bst and some ifdefs to get it down to right around 1k.
