I ordered the hard copy of your need book from Amazon back in Mar. It showed a release date of 4-18-12. As of yet they have not shipped it and when I go to the Amazon Website they only show the Kindle version. Any updates as to when the print edition will be available.

    @Ben,

    Have them refund you.. Forces outside of my control have held this project up indefinitely.
    Another publishing avenue is being selected for this material.
