SMD rework stations, Opinions please?

I have the chance for management to allow me to upgrade my current rework station, a rather primitive Aoyue 906 to a better system. Without totally freaking out the management over price, what kind of systems have you all used and what did you like or hate about them?

Seems Holly(?) posted a link to a $100 model a while back, I use it all the time and like it just fine. I can't remember the thread but it is on here somewhere.
