Well, after multple attempts at connecting my Stamp (BS2sx), I've decided to cancel it for insufficient postage. I've downloaded the latest Parallax driver, the FTD driver (yes, on the DOS window), and even some strange driver supplied by Windows. But nothing will stick. Even though I specify the port selection to AUTO in the Editor, it still wants to tell me the Stamp isn't on COM1. I can't seem to get any other driver into the COM listing . Instead of a Forever Stamp I have the Never Stamp.

    Why not stick with one of the threads you already have open? I'd try removing all software and drivers you have installed and get a different USB cable and fresh batteries. You might also want to consider posting your code and a description of how you have things connected. After twelve years some of the components may be bad but there is not enough info to tell.
