Xbee X-CTU software does not support Windows 7 64-bit operating systems?

So I'm trying to learn how to work with the Xbee and I first go to the Parallax page for that:

http://www.parallax.com/go/xbee

And when I click on the link for the X-CTU software that should allow me to configure my Xbee, I get this page:

http://www.digi.com/support/productdetail?pid=3352&osvid=57&type=utilities

But it says 64-bit operating systems are not supported. And I don't see anything else for Windows 7 64-bit operating systems. Is this for real?

I mean, seriously.

I recall seeing that when I purchased a new computer. I went ahead and installed the software and it seems to work fine on my Windows 7 64-bit machine.

Thanks, Duane. I was hoping somebody would say something like that. You saved my sanity today!

I also have X-CTU running under Win7 64 bit. I have had a couple problems when updating or restoring firmware but for the most part it has worked fine. I don't remember the details of the problem but using a different computer running XP solved it.

They probably just mean they won't provide application support for it luckily Win7x64 runs it nicely. They should re-word that sentence.
