Specs:
Dual 7.8 Amp N-channel mosfet, max 20v (use at the low side of load, e.g complete the circuit to ground)
2.5v gate drive (max 12v), Direct connections to Propeller and Basic stamp.
20 Ohm smt resistors in series on gate to prevent ringing and the associated EMI.

User install if needed (supplied)
Pull Up or Down Resistor for a known initial state during boot up, or use with mechanical switches/photo transistors.
4 pin header.

    That looks like a good board and adding the pads for on board pull-up or pull-down resistors is a nice touch. You may want to think about the name before you make a larger run of boards. When I just see relay I think of a mechanical relay and with those you don't usually have to worry about the polarity of the connections on the output, etc. Perhaps it may be better to call it a "Solid State Relay" board to make it more obvious as to what type of relay board this is.

    Seconded, its not a relay board. Relays are isolated and the expectation may be that it works with mains voltage.
