Dear all,
I've got the xband motion detector, i was wondering when the sensor detect a mouvement it sends values.
Are these values have siginification are is it random values.
I mean is it giving some kind of frequency or position what ever if someone can give me any ansmer.
Thanks for reading my post.

From the X-band documents:
"The OUT pin oscillates whenever motion is detected, and in general, the more motion, the faster the oscillations."
See the following for links to the documents and for some sample code.

As far as I know, there is no way to derive any position information from this sensor without placing it atop a servo motor or something that can allow it to sweep an area. But if you built such a mechanical sweep, I think you would need to let the sensor settle for a moment before you could trust its readings. The X-band works by detecting changes in its own radar signal, so if its beam is continuously moving, you probably will not be able to get reliable results until it stops moving.
