Error: No Propeller chip found on any COM port (Scanned COM1)

Hi guys, I just got my Hydra and I've run into a problem...
I've just installed the driver for my USB connection to the Hydra, and I think I've done something wrong because when I press <F10> in Propeller Tools, as instructed on page 49 of the book, I get an Error message saying:
Error
No Propeller chip found on any COM port
Scanned COM1

I installed the driver and it gave me this screen:

But I noticed this:

When I go to install the driver for THAT, I get this screen:

I don't know what to do! Can anybody help me? Thanks!
