Palm Sized Propeller LCDs (GameBaby, BeanieBadge)

Hi all.

I noticed there was some interest in tiny box shown in my presentation at the EXPO. I've called it GameBaby for a while, so we can stick with that.

Touch screens just don't seem to be available, so I changed to a button control strategy.

People asked what was in it and how things were connected. Basically it's this:

• Propeller (5MHz crystal)
• Varitronix Parallel bus LCD - very fast updates
• 4MB Flash for big C programs
• 450mAH LIPO 3.7V battery
• Battery charger and I2C ADC for voltage monitor.
• FT232 USB serial port
• SD Card
• 1338 RTC Chip
• Mono Audio
• Accelerometer
• NES compatible buttons
• 5 position switch up,down,left,right,center
• A/B buttons
• Front Left/Right buttons
• Power switch

4MB Flash is on P0..7 + other pins for CS/CLK
LCD is on P9..16 + other pins
Other pins for other features.

My case modifications were not so great.

The beanie badge is a scaled down version of this.

@Don M. Here are some BeanieBadge drawings for you. Note the placement of the 5V pin next to the PropPlug ground pin.
