If this converter is unlikely to use. Can you please recommend me a better one? I need a 16bit ADC...Thank you...

Do you really need 16 bits? That's very hard to achieve. It requires extreme care in PCB layout, shielding, power supply filtering, etc. If you don't have experience in these areas, you may have a 16 bit value from the ADC, but only 10-12 bits may be accurate. That's part of why Parallax sells 8 bit and 12 bit ADCs. Here's one example of a 16 bit ADC.

Thanks for your reply... After all the research i had done... I decided to get LCT1298... http://www.parallax.com/dl/docs/prod/appkit/ltc1298.pdf and i read through the http://www.parallax.com/Portals/0/Downloads/docs/cols/nv/vol2/col/nv57.pdf

I found that it is better to get a 12bit ADC and use some idea of Getting the Most Out of Your 12-Bit ADC.

Or maybe if anyone have an better idea please let me know...Thank you...
