No mention of casualties. Hopefully there are none.

So far looks fortunate that maybe nobody was seriously hurt. So, as for how the crash occurred, do you suppose it was streamer cutting or balloon popping they were practicing?

I had an interesting incident a few weeks ago.
I was getting the paper and heard a loud roar coming from my right ,
The roar went past my house and when I stepped out to see and looked to my left
I saw the tail engines of a fighter jet very low and already several houses down the street.
He was not much higher than the tree tops. I thought what in the world is he doing that low.
Selfridge Air base is in that direction about an hour driving time so he was headed that way.
The last time I saw jets somewhat low was in 2006 when the Detroit Tigers were in the world series.
They did a fly over after the national anthium. Came from the Selfridge direction and in formation
toward the ball park. It was interesting to see them go by and in a moment on tv go over the ball park.
Driving would take me 45 min but by jet it was only a blink. However they were 10 time higher than the
jet that buzzed by last week at tree top level.
I did not read anything about it and wondered if they were testing ground hugging radar or something.

No mention of casualties? Six missing, seven injured whilst the pilot and co-pilot ejected safely. I am happy to see that someone else misses key points of content ocassionally. U can't get six people into an F-18.

"Hopefull, there are none." still remains meaningful.
