    If the Geiser were to spew out something larger than a microbe, like a fish, the new generation telescopes will likely see it. Imaging at the Rings of Saturn employing telescope Adjuncts accomplishes a rock reveal. As the tech improves, there's every reason to believe that smaller organisms, should they exist and decide to show off, would be revealed.
