Ive seriously been looking everywhere maybe this sounds vein but I want my boards to look nice and I really would like to go with black and red hopefully square pad single hole on both side for a reasonable price.. Does anyone know where I can get colored boards, I mean I see custom pcbs in color all the time I would think perfboards would come in the same colors.

I have painted (Krylon) generic beige PCBs with good results. Mask off the copper side to prevent overspray.

Wow lol thought about that but decided it was a bad idea becuase the holes woud get pluged. You didnt have a problemwith that? Also the underside would be ugly lol. Id really like to find a black board wit copper square pads on both sides. I googled for colored perf searched digi key just no
luck.at this point nething that has single side of pads and isnt green would do.

No clogging if you do several light coats. Here I painted the board and shaped it into a bat-fin for a robot. 1995. Long before the Blackfin processor, I made Bluefin...

lol i donk even know what a blackfin is, ur board looks pretty original to me. its acually alot better looking from a distance than i thought when zoomed in it looks about how i would excpect spray. i think maybe that flat black ruberizing paint would look good, guess ill go this route since im starting to think that they dont sell colored perf or someone would have chimed in by now.

ive been thinking about learning to etch though, i know absolutely nothing about etching or the materials used in the process but im assuming if you can get a company to print your designs on different color pcbs u can buy the same material they print on and etch your own pcb on it, or am i totally off the mark with this? i mean i dont even know what boards are even made from and if there all the same.
