USB Host Test Enumerate Errors

I am using 3 devices for testing:

1. A Commercial USB to RS232 Serial port.(no errors)

2. A Propeller Prop Plug - It has Random Errors: Can't enumerate device (Error -173), Can't enumerate device (Error -172) - Log file attached(MS Word RTF). Errors in yellow.

3. A Pressure sensor - It has random errors Errors : Can't enumerate device (Error -173), Can't enumerate device (Error -172) - Log file attached(MS Word RTF). Errors in yellow.

USB Host software
Tested with the test- Enumerate Spin program from:

Does anyone have any ideas on how I can track down the errors further? Also, I tried the latest version of the Host software Ver 1.1 and I get the same errors. I will re-test with it and post the results later.

The pressure sensor works at times but at other times it won't Enumerate . When it does start working it can work all day.
