Encoder generators - Quadrature, etc.

I've found some good material and utilities for creating homebrew encoders but want to see if anyone else has found any others. Some of the links I've had are:

I'm looking for a good utility to help generate a large two channel encoder wheel. Someone like 6"-7" in diameter. I've used the executable version of the encoder design program but it can't make wheels that large. I'm testing some of the others to see if they may work.

Anyone have a utility that would work well for generating a large encoder wheel?

It looks like the postscript version of the generator will end up creating a large encoder wheel that will work. Just need to fine tune some of the settings in the file.

I made the 16-stripe BMP in paint, and a friend made the 72-stripe in Adobe Illustrator.

There are a few good links in that thread on encoders.
