boe bot has stopped working

I am a student in a digitalel ectronics class. we are working with the boe bot and have finished the book.we are now using the QTI line follower appkit for the boe bot. I got it to workfine then next day it would not run the program, it just went in a circle. I went back and tried to run a program to go forward and then stop, it went in a circle and did not stop. I used a different BASIC stamp from another student on my boe bot and it did notwork. I used the original stamp on the other student’s board and it worked. i dont thing the BASIC stamp is the problem. I don’t no what to do.

Thank you I put new batteriesin and it is now working
