I remember the time I had watched only one episode of The X-Files. It addressed alien life and everything on the one TV show seemed reasonable. I then moved overseas. The next thing you know I'm having a company supper and ten Asian girls are grilling me about personal matters. One question asked was "Do I believe in the X-Files." My reply was "absolutely YES!" Suddenly serious silence came over the supper table and everyone made a little "OOOO ooo OOOOOO oooo" sound. I had no idea why until a few weeks later when I watch X-Files again. This time, aliens were snatching and eating humans in the night!
Of course aliens exist. I have been one since 1994 by living here in Taiwan rather than the USA.
It is the MIB or Men In Black that are not real.
On the other hand, there are the GIB or Girls In Black that are very helpful to aliens. Where do you find a GIB? They are the barristas at Starbucks that have set up shop all over the planet.
Everyday they greet you with a smile and make your coffee. Aliens would have to drink tea or instant coffee otherwise.
Non-intelligence is ubiquitous - you don't have to be an alien to display such behavior. In fact, I suspect that more indeginous colonies have greater proportions of it. Just take a look at the political race in America right now - lots of issues debted, but nothing that is really going to improve the world.
