It's very worth watching from start to finish. His DC circuit simulation is also very good. I also liked his approach to developing algorithms, using on-the-fly nodes to reveal wrong assumptions in the coding. He uses a typical binary search as a demonstration, but it would work for most anything.

Thanks for digging up the complete talk. I agree: it's very worthwhile to watch from beginning to end and is about so much more than game creation. In the context of that presentation, I recognize that I tend to take on projects that amuse me. I wonder if self-indulgence is a valid life principle.
