Boe-Bot trobleshooting HELP PLEASE!

I have the boe bot and it does not work. when i program it for the whiskers nothing happens. i know program is right and double checked wiring. what should i do? it will not work.

Post closeup photos of your breadboard connections and the code you are using then people may be able to help you.
