Help with SPI LCD 3.3 volts 3x16 text display ( EA DOG-M163L-A )

lI've find a nice 3x16 LCD text display for the spinneret, the display is from "ELECTRONIC ASSEMBLY" p/n EA DOGM163L-A and work both at 3.3 and 5 volts.
I've try both 3.3 and 5 volts circuits, but i'am unable to display anything using SPI_ASM_DEMO.SPIN. Finally I give up, I don't have any much spare time to debug this display.
Is anybody had an idea of what can be wrong ?
I've included the SPIN code i try to use.
