PIR Sensor Coverage Map/graph information question

My question in reference to the PIR sensor:
Is there a coverage map and/or graph that depicts the area that these sensors cover? Now I know I can hook it up and test, but it would be good to have the information then adjust during installation if necessary.
And what I'm referring to is for example, if I install the sensor 9' high on a 10' vertical wall and lets say a person approximately about 4' in height has his or her back against that 10' wall and starts to walk away from
the wall....at what approx. distance will that person set into the coverage area of that sensor.
